There’s nothing as exciting as a dangerous appetizer at Tin Pan Alley at 269 Commercial St. in Provincetown. Though it opens for lunch at 11:30 am daily, the saganaki (or, as locals call it, “flaming cheese”) is only available at dinner, which begins at 5 p.m.
