TLG Outing

TLG recently had an outing to thank their friends and staff for all the great work they do at Cape Colony Inn. The two day event was a lot of fun for all involved and featured some of our favorite activities around Provincetown and the lower cape. Lunch at Pepe’s followed by a beach day in Truro and then dinner at the popular Mews Restaurant all set the stage for the evening at Miss Richfield’s show.

The following day, guests took in a seal watch at High Head beach and lunch at Fannizis with a meeting to plan for new ADA guest rooms next season at Cape Colony Inn. Check out a picture of the group!

Provincetown’s Annual Secret Garden Tour—Seaside Vistas

If you love gardening, here’s your chance to stop and smell the roses, peonies, honeysuckle and more! Each year the PAAM (Provincetown Art Association and Museum) hosts a Secret Garden Tour that features some of Provincetown’s top gardens. Flowering trees, shrubs and perennials fill the local gardens.

The Secret Garden tour offers a diverse range of beauty, design, and architecture. Some of the most beautiful Provincetown homes are included in this tour. Homeowners on the tour open their lovingly– tended and rarely seen private gardens to the public.

Screen Shot 2014-07-29 at 11.16.24 AMCome discover these gems, while strolling the sidewalks of Provincetown in full bloom and experiencing all that Provincetown has to offer. Many of these gardens are hidden secrets because they are private and can be easily missed if you don’t know where to look.

Tickets are available at the Provincetown Art Association and Museum (https://www.paam.org) or at a number of other Provincetown locations. When you check in at one of the many locations, you will receive a program booklet containing stories and details about each garden. You will be able to visit the gardens in any order you wish.

Each garden showcases some of the best examples of Provincetown’s talent and pride in outdoor spaces!
